Ebben a harmadikban, a neo-hidegháború csatában  az amerikai külpolitika döntéshozók úgy dönttek, hogy vállalják a kockázatot a élesítés iszlamista lázadókat Szíriában, mert a szíriai elnök, Bashar al-Assad, kulcsfontosságú szövetségese az oroszoknak.  Most inkább kínos az ilyen sok szíriai lázadó most kiderült, hogy az ISIS gengszterek, akik nyíltan lóbálták amerikai gyártmányú M16 gépkarabély puskákat.
  
 Amerika közel-keleti politikája az olaj és Izrael körül forog. Az iraki invázióval csak részlegesen elégedett Washington. Az olajkészletek miatt, folyamatos légi csapások Szíriára és gazdasági szankciók Irán ellen, Izrael "súgására". A cél az, hogy megfossza Izrael ellenségeit, a Libanon Hezbollah - ot és a palesztin Hamasz, a szíriai és iráni támogatástól. ISIS nem csupán egy eszköze az amerikaiak által használt a terrornak, hanem ISIS által gyakorol nyomást  a szíriai kormányra. Arra is felhasználja az USA az ISIS-t, hogy gyakoroljanak nyomást Iránra. Mi előtt a nyugati média háborús jelentéseinek hiszel, Irán nyilvánvalóan nem jelent veszély, a regionális washingtoni biztonságra.  

Az  Intelligence Report közzétette, 2012-ben, és ezt erősítette meg a tizenhat amerikai hírszerző ügynökség, hogy Iránnak nincs nukleális fegyvere 2003-ban az igazság, hogy minden iráni nukleáris ambíció, csak vélt és nem valós, az ennek eredményeként megállapíthatjuk, hogy az Amerika ellenségessége nem Irán, hanem fordítva. 
 Amerika ISIS háromféleképpen használja fel: az ellenségei megtámadására a Közel-Keleten, hogy szolgálhat ürügyül az amerikai katonai beavatkozás külföldön, és otthon szítsanak viszályt, az így gyárt hazai fenyegetés, igazolására használták így soha nem látott fejlődés az intenzív fegyvergyártás, látja a nem felületes megfigyelő. A fegyvergyártás gyors növekedését mind  kormányzati titkolózás övezi, Mr. Obama-kormánynak növekszik a teljesítménye, úgy érzik a polgárok, ezzel titkolózással csökkentve a polgárok azon jogát, hogy ellenőrizzék a kormányt.

A két legerősebb csoport a amerikai külpolitikában az Izrael-lobbi, amely irányítja az USA közel-keleti politikája és a katonai-ipari-komplexumokat, amely hasznot húz az előbbi csoport tetteiből. Mivel George W. Bush hirdette, "terror elleni háború" 2001 októberében, ez került az amerikai adófizetőknek mintegy 6,6 billió dollárjába, és több ezer elesett fiába és leányába; de ezekből a háborúkból dollármilliárdokat profitált a washingtoni katonai elit.
